A plain account of the work, and of its limits.
Huzzah is a community platform and content home for Americans connecting with their patriot heritage. It stands in the line of the independent press that made the Revolution possible. Franklin printed almanacs. Paine printed pamphlets. The tools changed. The work did not.
The aim is direct. Reach back and find the people you came from. Read what they read and what they wrote. Then step forward into the civic life of the place you actually live. A heritage that ends in sentiment was not inherited. It was borrowed.
Huzzah is not affiliated with the Sons of the American Revolution. Chapter information here is drawn from public sources. SAR members and chapters are welcome and served, and no endorsement is claimed or implied.
Documented Revolutionary ancestry is not required. Many members will have it. Many will not. The founding story belongs to anyone willing to take it seriously and answer for it.
This is not a feed. There are no streaks, no badges, and nothing here is designed to keep you scrolling. Restraint is the point.
Huzzah is built and edited by Brett Hahn, author of Forge the Son and the writer behind AmRev Resurrected. He is a documented descendant of Thomas Murphy of the 2nd Regiment, Salem County New Jersey Militia, and serves as secretary of a local SAR chapter in Indiana.
